So here’s the thing. All of you know that I love kitsch.  So imagine my sheer joy when I entered the epitome of the theme, here in the 13th Century town of Khiva. Kitsch to put us on the same page is defined as . . .

art, objects, or design considered to be in poor taste because of excessive garishness or sentimentality, but sometimes appreciated in an ironic or knowing way.

So here is an introduction to the room(s) as I entered and fell into a kitsch orgy.
