Connections not meant to be

So after 2 days of not talking to anyone except in sign language and pictographs I had 3 people take up residence in my carriage. (Luckily laundry was put away)

One was a solo woman who never surfaced again

She must have gone to the loo only once a day at 3AM

The others were two Russian KGB types. Heavily muscled. Swarthy

Shaved heads. Kept to their room

Spoke Russian AND Arabic. Clearly Chechnyan separatists.  I didn’t really talk to anyone for 4 days. The world was a quieter place.
